Darren's theory is that some spammer managed to get an entire block of IPs onto some banlist, a block including his provider. He'll be physically moving the machine in a few weeks, which will hopefully clear up the problem.

Yep, move happened. Machine was initially put behind a slower modem, so things may load slowly, but they're working on that.
