To get the blend on the wings I painted the metallic red and the gold together while wet so I could mix them in the middle. Then I repainted the far ends once that dried, to make them bolder.

Was this with dye as well or just paint this time?

Same orange dye run as Chop Shop. I didn't use any orange paint at all, preferring a uniform "burnt orange" look over what I'd managed to get with orange paint on Chop Shop.
