I'm not sure if it's bilingual or trilingual, though I thought I had seen other figure packages here that were trilingual. It would not be English only because Canadian packaging laws require both French and English.

Okay, so the fact that the mailaway is in normal packaging wouldn't be due to being stuff that simply wasn't shipped to Canada, since it's English-only.

The retail/mail away thing is odd, but not unprecedented. In G1, a lot of our Pretenders were mail away exclusives in Japan with no retail release over there.

Of course, that was before the Internet, back in the day when I'd get my Transformers by going to a flea market and getting them for two bucks each from a box.

Yeah, the mail order exclusives list on TFWiki is mostly Japanese mailaways of stuff we got in stores.
