CoV: Operative O'Hara

The Widow powersets don't really appeal to me, but I was in the mood to fiddle with the costume options and I noticed that I could approximate some of the look and feel of Spider-Man 2099...so I made this character to use it, and to at least have a "mule" villain on Freedom in case any of my friends wanted help transferring stuff.

I see what you were going for, but I am not certain I really get the ol' Miguel feel from it.

Dammit, I miss SM2099. (Don't really miss any of the others so much.)

If I ever bother to get him up to L20 and run the cape mission, I might try to use one of his non-Widow costume slots to get closer to Mig. I was mainly amused at how close I could get with the restrictive Widow options.
