I was thinking about using is instead of the two-part plastic molding system I've got because it's very difficult to remove small bubbles even with a shake table. If Apoxie Sculpt can be poured and it hardens like plastic, why not use it to make parts?

It's not pourable. Apoxie Sculpt is more like really warm taffy when it's first mixed, and then like room temperature taffy after a half hour.
