The World of Polly Pocket...sick and twisted?

I got a Polly Pocket "studio" set at Target on clearance for 66 cents today, figuring there was at least 66 cents' worth of kitbash bait in it (and it also makes a Dancitron for Robot Heroes). I am mildly disturbed to find that male Polly Pocket figures have feet molded into "wearing spike heels" position. Okay, it's because that lets them use all the standard Polly Pocket bases, and they have solid heeled boots, but still...Rick's disco is ready to become Rick's Drag Bar at a moment's notice.

I'd have to agree. While it's usually hard to go wrong for 66 cents...that's so wrong.

This issue was going to crop up in the re-vamped Master's of the Universe line for the females, too. Their solution was to have everyone wear boots, that could have worked.
