Wait, how can Sideswipe be a remold of Sunstreak? They transform differently (Swipe front end becomes chest, Streak front end becomes feet). Or am I misunderstanding and these aren't replicas of the original toys?
Also, Sideswipe was the first Transformer I owned. Megatron was the second one.
A small note that you may have already pieced together: The "OREGON" license plate is a reference to the fact that the Ark in G1 crashed into Mount St. Hilary in Oregon.
Well, I kinda figured that was obvious enough to not merit mention. :) I just thought it odd to have Oregon as the tag, rather than it being an Oregon license plate (i.e. I made Channel's a Kansas plate).
Well, honestly, *I* felt kind of silly pointing it out. I've been reading your site/blog/fanfics, etc since Season 2 of Beast Wars, I was pretty sure you know about whence you type. :) However, you'd be surprised at how many people on TFW have asked "Why does his license plate say Oregon?" I've had to rethink just how much all of us remember from the old days. :)
I'm guessing it was just easier to make the license plate SAY Oregon than to try and replicate a recognizable Oregon plate in that small of a space.
