My BA's pedipalps pop off if I want them too, but I find that as long as you rotate them the right way during transformation, you're fine.

Seconding Suspsy. I've had my BA for several months, her mouth pieces have only popped off twice, and both times it was because I was trying to force them the wrong way during transformation. They DO go a-flying, though :)

Once I figured out that her chest slides up, I stopped having problems getting her pedipalps situated right.
