Transformers: Spark Hunt. A setting using only Deluxe-sized toys, but employing combiners to allow for bigger overall toys.

Nifty. As I started reading it, my first thought was not another "scavenger hunt" series. And it wasn't, I like the overall storyarc. I'd also be all over Hasbro sticking to deluxe class figs, if only for my wallet's sake. Deluxe seems to be the perfect blend of playability/portability, especially when you consider figs like Animated Lockdown, who's a deluxe class car that bigger than any of the voyagers in robot mode. He's easiest the tallest figure in the line so far, outside of Leader Megatron (possibly Leader Bulkhead as well, but even he appears to be slightly shorter than Lockdown at the head.)

To be accurate, there IS a scavenger hunt, but since it's for different kinds of things each 13-episode block (as opposed to "now we search for the puce topaz" or "there's yet another Planet Key"), it's not as irksome, IMO. Plus, there's a clear payoff in each arc (for success in season 1, and for failure in season 2).
