More details in the review post tomorrow, but I figured I'd warn anyone who hadn't gotten it yet. Capizzi's bad writing overcomes all possible good points. This is a stinkburger of the highest magnitude.
1) People watch TV and perceive lots of homoerotic subtext, or "Ho-Yay!" as the kids call it these days. 2) People write slash based on it. 3) Profit!
Smallville has seriously entrenched the "Clark + Lex 4-EVER!" idea into the vulnerable segment of the fanbase, and the fight between Superman and Luthor in this here movie is not helping.
