Well, it's only been two weeks, but I realized I hadn't been tracking my neck measurement, so I decided to lay down a measure for that. For the record, last time I got fitted for a suit, I had an 18" neck.

Weight: 213.5 lbs (-3 lbs)
Height: 71.5"/182cm (no change)
Chest: 43"-47" (no change)
Belly: 39"-44" (-1" - no change)
Beltline: 36" (-1")
Hips: 38" (no change)
Neck: 16" (-2" from several years ago)
Giving up on the bicep, I'm not really doing anything to change it.
