Bicep: 33cm (-2cm)

And I'm now wearing 2XL shirts without fear of showing belly when I write on the chalkboard. :) Not sure what the deal is with my bicep, I may have screwed up measuring it last time. It's a somewhat awkward one-handed deal. My definition has improved enough to notice, though...in that I now have some.


Edit: Oh, and using the full formula for BMI rather than the automatic calculator webpage I'd been using, my BMI is now 29.8. Over 30 is the arbitrary cutoff for obese. Woo.
