And it glows brightly under UV. Neon paints glow under UV, and also smell like shrimp. Hmmm.

I got mine as part of a counterfeit bill detector kit at Staples. SpyGear also makes a set of secret message pens which write in UV-only ink and have little UV LEDs. You can also get blacklight lightbulbs pretty easily, although they're not as portable, of course.

They also sell them at pet junk stores as 'disclosure lamps' ... turns out urine also glows.

Yeah, if you get that Urine Gone stuff it comes with a free UV lamp, but I didn't mention it because if you don't have a urine issue it's a $20 lamp. :)
