Before I got the news in the previous (friends-locked, sorry bystanders) post, I had almost finished this:



And, just in case you didn't already know, I didn't come up with this, I just painted it in color. You see, when the second season of Transformers: Beast Wars was finally dubbed for Japanese broadcast as Beast Wars Metals, there was a manga series to help plug it in Comics Bom-Bom (or Bon-Bon) Magazine. And they decided to shoot for the Pokemon crowd, drawing Metals Rattor (Transmetal Rattrap) as follows:



Of course, I added the energon sunflower seed myself, because I felt it needed a little Hamtaro to crank up the evil.
