There are a couple of rods on his gun. You can place the speakers on them to make it look like a normal gun with speakers, or you can fold them to make a bigger-than-normal weapon. You can see that on this picture from the TFWiki web-site, although I have the speakers upside down with regards to how they are here. There are grooves on the gun that allow them to sit flush.
Look at the pictures Walky's posted about half way down. They show that the wrenches aren't just Tracks' missles, but completely new molds.
(Is there anywhere else you post your reviews, by the way? It's just I noticed that you said that Zobovor had mentioned something, and I know he doesn't post at the AllSpark.)
