1. I am going to correct the grammar of Kate's post. In #4, it should be "

aardy1 and I". I am something of a grammar pedant, comes from having a mother who was an English teacher during my formative years. And it constantly annoys me that paragraph indentation is something you can't even DO on a lot of webboards, and it takes special effort in HTML.

2. I spent my prep time before teaching yesterday working out the lyrics to a song about a gender confused Transformer. And I have been known to do this sort of thing in the past.

3. I have about thirty slide rules, and a web page devoted to them.

4. I have a PhD in Physics. Victoly.

5. I have reviewed just about every Transformer made in the past decade. Not just bought them, I've written often lengthy analyses of every aspect of the toy.
