There's pegs so that the vehicle mode of Skystalker can attach to the top of Mindwipe's vehicle mode. Turns out that with Skystalker's pegs ending up on his calves and the peg holes ending up on Mindwipe's shoulders, Skystalker can sit securely on either of Mindwipe's shoulders. Like a stealth parrot.
