The way the Arachnos Soldier class works is that at Level 24 you pick a sort of prestige class: Crab Spider (brute force type with a backpack full of robotic legs) or Bane Spider (stealth type).

Definitely a good choice. I love the Bane Spider backstory, but Crabs are WAAAAY more fun to actually play.
