1. Isn't Swerve just Sideswipe repainted? What's to review except the paint job and whether they made any of Sideswipe's design qualities better/worse?
2. While Arcee is a challenge (especially transforming her back into motorcyle mode), I'm gonna have to disagree w/ your overall opinion.
Sideswipe in new colors with a new head. But new colors often mean new plastics, which can be better or worse in terms of things fitting. And I don't think Arcee is terribly challenging, just a terrible robot mode.
