It occurs to me that pretty much everyone in Congress is in favor of big government (regardless of the rhetoric), it's just a matter of how they want to use the porkified institutions.
Democrats want to help people and control business.
Republicans want to help business and control people.
And I suppose any Libertarians hanging about will point out that controlling either hurts the other.
