Redwind: a quick dye job

Got a spare Steelwind for a quarter at a thrift store, so decided if I could dye it red as Powerglide. Turns out some of the plastic soaks up dye like a sponge and some...does not. At least it's reasonably split up.


ETA: Dvandom.com's machine went foom, sorry about any red X's or blue ?'s here.

Hmm, image looks to be down. I am curious to see the happening. I had a similar thing:

I have a spare Ramjet that I was thinking of doing something with, and I prefer dye if possible since it won't chip, but I'm not sure what results I might expect.

Just to clarify about the image, I did of course see your comment that the machine is down, I'm just anxious for it to come back. :)
