Does that tip come with the Dremel or is it an extra you can buy? How easy is it to use?

It cost me $2.87 at Wal-Mart. Dremel makes dedicated engravers too, for about $10, but since I already have a Dremel....

As for ease of use, I've got a lot of practice doing fine work with a Dremel, so I couldn't say how easy it'd be to pick this up off the cuff.
