D'oh!

Got to work, went to put my lunch in the fridge...realized I left my lunch sitting by the door at home. I do have emergency backup lunch at work, but now I get to toss frozen food that will no doubt have thawed enough to be unsafe to eat. Sigh. (I could run home now, but we're at morning "rush hour" and I'd probably have to park a mile away on my return.)

If it's frozen and you don't keep your place above 60 (and why would anyone who isn't forced to?) then it shouldn't be completely thawed when you get there.

It's gonna hit 80 outside today, and I left the windows open, so it'll be upper 70s in my apartment soon enough. They're in an insulated bag, but that's likely not going to hold 'em for long.

60 has been Too Damned Cold ever since I dropped all that weight, though. I'm more comfortable in mid to upper 70s these days.
