Semi-obscure in the sense that he never really made the transition to toys or movies, but if you're even marginally familiar with the comics you've probably run across him.

Now that is a REALLY nice adaptation.

Of course, the head blaster goes through his brain meats, but that isn't completely unlike the character either :)
