Cannonball is set up as being part of the new Hellfire Club over in Young X-Men. Probably a red herring, but the last page of #1 shows all the original New Mutants as having joined Bobby daCosta as Hellfire Club masters. Bleh.
I try to avoid Marvel's webpage in general, though. Was it one of the recent TV episodes, or an original-to-web episode?
