And now, from science to art. Third Age patriotic hero Brightsword, daughter of the Second Age hero of the same name. Slight costume redesign since my 1996 drawing, with pose strongly referenced from here
Colored mainly in Prismacolor markers, with some Prismacolor pencils for highlighting enhancement. The markers can always make things darker, but not lighter. I used to use a couple of different white paint markers to lighten areas up, but over the weekend I got some light colored Prismacolor pencils to see if they'd do a better job.
