Meh toy run

Drove into Topeka today for my monthly toy run, meh. No new Transformers. Saw some of the new Speed Racer toys, overpriced and/or crap. Some new Neo Shifters, nothing that grabbed me. I did get the new Superhero Squad Mega Pack of smiley Fin Fang Foom with an Iron Man to toss around. Also stopped at the Alma Creamery on the way to Topeka and got some fresh cheese curds, and I saw an awful lot of Ron Paul for President signs in the decaying little towns I passed through on the way home.

I don't honestly understand the signs anymore, since the Republican nomination's mostly done with. The Democratic party, I said, could not loose this election. I had not counted on suicidal insanity being part of the electoral process, though I have to say it is the most entertainment I've gotten out of a political season yet.

Luckily I'm Independent and I'm equal opportunity when I swipe campaign signs after the election's over and they legally become litter.
