Okay, for reference, back in 1999 I weighed 295 lbs, was 5'10.5" tall, had an 18.5" neck and 54" chest, and I wore 40" waist pants. On December 8, 2006, I was inspired by
Weight: 232.5 lbs
Chest: 45-49"
Belly: 44-50"
Beltline: 37"
Hips: 39"
I hadn't yet started measuring height or neck size, although on December 27 I got a height of 5'11.25" to my surprise. I didn't start tracking my neck until February 2007, and got 16".
Now, here's my current numbers. The weight really is up a little since August, and really since mid-November (I started eating more ice cream for evening snack, and it turns out I shouldn't have...cutting back down now).
Height: 5'11.5"
Weight: 185.5 lbs (+3 since August, -47 since this time last year)
Chest: 40-42" (no change since August, -5"/-7" past year)
Belly: 34-40" (-1"/0 since August, -10"/-10" past year!)
Beltline: 33" (no change since August, -4" past year)
Hips: 35" (no change since August, -4" past yeat)
Neck: 15" (no change since August, -1" since February)
So, since my high point in 1999, I'm down about 110 pounds (50 kilos), up an inch in height, down about a foot in chest measurement, down six to seven inches in waist, and down over three inches in neck size. And about half that improvement came in just the past year. Not too shabby.
