I was using some remnants from a project my dad was making (he's the big knitter in the family, mom prefers to crochet) and trying various things. As you can see, the color match isn't very good anymore. And I never learned how to end a row...I just cast off a stitch from each side every row until there was just one left, and I tied that off by hand. This hung from the ceiling of my bedroom for many years, with a fake bird perched on it for most of that time. I took it down when I was visiting my parents last month, laundered it, and brought it back with me. It is now a blanket for my Plushformers.
