WIP: Clank

I removed the extra gear arcs from the forearms, moved the whistle to the left side of the head and added wheels so that he can kneel down to use his Speed power. Also yanked the mustache, it looks better on Baron Brass anyway.

You could probably use the McGuiness Lex Luthor figure to make a custom of Clank. :)
