Tip Wilkins of Skin Horse done for City of Heroes

Well, I didn't pre-purchase Going Rogue, so for now I just used Troll Booth to get the pistols, but I saved the costume file and will probably use it once I can do a Dual Pistols Blaster. :)
( Sadly, while hose could be done for the upper legs, they couldn't be added to the Kung Fu footwear, and none of the boot options were kicky enough. )
