Six month mark

Six months ago today, on Friday October 13, 2006, I was diagnosed with diabetes. Since then I've lost 40 pounds and gotten my blood sugar under control, although I still need to take insulin.

Eyrie.org DNS issues coming up

The physical servers are being moved for www.eyrie.org with insufficient notice to do a coordinated DNS update, so the address may not work for a few days next week. Replacing www.eyrie.org with haven.stanford.edu during that time should work, I'm told. Except, of course, during the brief time the servers are actually being moved. :)
