foomf said someone should do it), here's the old Villains and Vigilantes villain Warwagon done up in Mutants & Masterminds 2e. I made him PL8 but only 100 points, the sort of trick you generally don't get to play with PCs but villains break the rules all the time. :) And I had to give him some stuff not in his original writeup to even get him that high in points.
