Comment in my journal and I will...

  1. Tell you why I friended you. Assuming I can remember :)
  2. Associate you with something. A fandom, a song, a color, a piece of fruit. SOMETHING.
  3. Tell you something I like about you.
  4. Tell you a memory I have of you.
  5. Associate you with a character/pairing.
  6. Ask something I've always wanted to know about you. (Or else I'll just ask a random question)
  7. List a physics concept that seems to fit with you.

I have mutated the bleme so it is no longer as infectious...you may participate here without having to pass it on. Here at DVD Pseudoscience, we absorb the guilt so you don't have to!

Update: Closing the new entries...this is by far the longest thread I've had on here, and I'm having trouble keeping track. ;) Feel free to keep discussing, I'm just not going to run the list on anyone else.

No trees were harmed during the creation of this message; however, several electrons were terribly inconvenienced.

1. Sort of a "spousal hire" in this case. ;)
2. Kateshort!
3. You're funny.
4. Coming back to the trellis, really.
5. The Librarian, the orangutan one.
6. Professionally you need to be organized...is your personal space at home equally organized, or do you compensate by slobbing out (as much as Kate will let you)?
7. Quantum tunnelling.

1. There's also that whole rac.misc thing from way back, though even then [livejournal.com profile] kateshort was generally more memorable than I was. :) (And if I'd know about TF fandom and had access to the internet back when I was in high school, I'd've probably been all over that, too. Give me G1 toys, TV show, and comics and I'm happy & nostalgic. Anything since then just hasn't done much for me, and I'm so used to being the only person I know who collects 'em that the concept of talking about 'em with anyone else is almost completely foreign to me.)

3. Thanks!

5. Ook.

6.
* Books: Yes (approximately in order by Dewey Decimal number, then author & title)
* Music: Yes (split by rock/soundtracks/classical/holiday, then by artist, & title; and the MP3s have all been tagged with genre & release date, have had the artists changed to "lastname, firstname" or "Band, The" so that they sort properly, etc.)
* Videos: Yes (split into VHS/DVD, fiction/from tv/nonfiction, and in order by title from there)
* Comic books: Roughly yes (Split by DC/Marvel/Other, but due to the relationship between length of box, number of issues in a run, and space for storing boxes, not as ordered as I'd like. But I have a catalog of sorts for those, so that I can quickly see what we do & don't own without opening boxes.)
* Neckties: Yes (by color, with multi-color patterns & pictures as separate categories)
* Papers, magazines, "stuff", and cleaning up messes? Ennnnh, not so much. (Thanks in part to genetics--see the saga of the mold palace (http://kateshort.livejournal.com/57584.html), as [livejournal.com profile] kateshort calls it--I have a very high tolerance level before a "mess" registers as "must do something to clean this up", and I don't have a mental setting in between "a place for everything and everything in its place" and "stuff piled randomly on every available surface is the place for everything that doesn't have a place.")

7. I would've picked F=MA, but I'll take that, too. :)
