Same as before. The first number in parentheses is the change since last month, the second is change since I started keeping track in mid-December. I seem to be stalling out this week on weight, though...I was actually slightly lighter last Sunday. The disproportionately large change in torso dimensions may be due to my ribcage and skin catching up to the loss of fat.
