Just got back from the Diabetes Center, where I got weighed on a bodyfat-percentage scale. 20.4%, down from 24.8% in January. W00t! (For reference, a healthy adult male should be about 10%, with 20% being cited often as the lower boundary of "too much fat". For women, it's 20% healthy and 30% "too fat". I guess I'm a healthy woman. o_O ) Also, gonna be dropping my insulin dose again, but still not going off it completely, sigh.
