Ah, much better. I like the stars-and-stripes on the shoulder--nice touch.

I notice the only shield in the picture is on the hood of his car. Does that mean he runs evil-doers over instead of throwing things at them?

Pretty much. He didn't inherit the shield, it's off being studied for possible replication.
