Salmonella-tainted peanut butter. I have two jars of suspect PB (Great Value) in my kitchen. One is almost empty. The other is going back to the store tomorrow. Sigh. At least I got lucky with the first one.

Peter Pan is not peanut butter. It's a mix of peanut butter and corn syrup.
I have a jar of peanut butter in the back of my fridge. I use it once or twice a year.

Well, the GV PB I have lists sugar on the label, not corn syrup. It also has a warning label that this product contains peanuts.

Because you never know who might think, "Peanut butter, that's made from milk from that cow named Peanut, isn't it?"

Could be worse. The label could say "Product may contain peanuts".
