Warden as of the later issues of his own series, from Daredevil. The bottom of the trenchcoat is the skirt I removed from Darth Vader when making Triton.

Well, at least his hands are normal size, unlike Beast and Venom. :)

Looked again... His upper arm is bigger around than his thigh.

Nah. They're close, but the thigh is bigger around than the upper arm. It's just that from one angle you see the widest crosssection of the arm and the narrowest of the leg at the same time. But yeah, he's a tad ripped.
