Well, I don't have allergies per se, as far as I know. Just occasionally get stuffed up, which may be due to standard allergens, or may even bee a stress response. But I test negative for common allergens. And the services seemed to be less a matter of underfunding and more a matter of asshattery behind the scenes...there's stuff they could have done that wouldn't have cost them noticeably more (like, oh, knowing how to read their own booking system) but that just didn't happen. :/
