HeroClix custom: 1990s Black Lightning

I got a spare Black Lightning HeroClix figure from a friend and modified it with Squadron putty and a little cutting into the 1990s Eddy Newell-designed version. Used putty to smooth out the back, add energy crackle, collar, epaulets, belt and glove straps.

And here's a bonus, an Arnim Zola I've been meaning to touch up for a while. I found a scan of the original art the sculpt was based on (they botched the face) and fixed the colors.

I'm taking my camera to the comic store one of these days... owner has a prototype Hellboy HC on display. This one wears the coat. The one that got released was without the coat and had long horns.

He also has a Homer on display from what look slike some Simpsons HC variation game that got canned.
