Oh, I'm in the hilly part of the state. It's hilly enough I haven't bought a bike, since to get to work requires either going a mile or two extra out of my way (on a 2 mile trip) or go up and down some hills I'd have to push the bike up and ride the brakes down.
And, as the topo maps I got show, even the "flat" parts are gently rolling.
