Oh I dunno, the idea of not having ANY neighbors for miles sounds rather appealing to me. Too bad it's in Flatland there :)
For fun I was checking real estate prices out your way. I could afford a freaking MANSION out there for what I'm paying in rent here! But again, that lack of any real scenery, or even terrain... ;)
