Aside from the cheapo badge/figure base I grabbed on the way out the door, I'm practically cosplaying ToS Trek without having to do anything special. I did make sure to wear a blue shirt rather than red (I don't own a solid-color yellow or gold shirt, but I'm more science section anyway), I'm already wearing black pants and shoes this time of year. I have a flip-open communicator at one hip, and have a portable computer in my pocket (and if I wanted the look of the Tricorder man-purse I could always bring one of my EEE's along).

ETA: Drat. The online schedule's been changed, now it says there's no showings before 4:10 PM today, even though they had 1PM showings of movies on Mondays. Turns out corporate decided to go back on school-year schedule again until the end of the month, despite today being the perfect day to get college business (last day of regular classes).

I understand perfectly. I had a similar train of thought in relation to Harry Potter during my graduation ceremony...
