Okay, I have a CoH alt

Penny Gunn, a Mystic Ice/Ice Tank (for the non-CoH, that means she's a specialist in wading into the thick of things and getting people to attack her, and all her powers are ice-based rather than, say, ice defenses and sword offense) whose totem animal is Pengonn. Yes, she's a K-girl. ;)

Decided to start her in Galaxy City, for a change of pace, but still Virtue. And @dvandom is my global.

ETA: Got up to level 9 tonight, woot.

Galaxy's a little less crowded around the trainer than Atlas. It makes for less lag during high traffic. On the downside, there's a block of Hellions between the Freedom Corps building and the train.

At this point, the only reason I do Atlas instead of Galaxy (well, when I'm not doing Mercy Island -- Mu hu hah hah hah) is because there's a convenient Wentworth's where I can sell my tutorial inspirations for an influence bonus to start the game.

Penny looks cool. But what, no Scarlet Swashbuckler? ;)

Tankers' /ice is about the lowest damage you could do, but ice/ice will be a good combo for survival and for some control (get ice patch and freezing touch when you can, I think probably 20 and 28 respectively).
