I just got a Nigerian Spam (although it was set in the Ivory Coast) in which the God-fearing widow who wanted me to have her money was diagnosed with terminal cancer of the...lever. Heh. Now I'm envisioning Aaron Stack gravely informing his teammates he has terminal cancer of the lever. "Which lever?" "A lady doesn't talk about such things!"
