You've got pretty good design sense, Dave...how would you have designed her to look feminine without ending up all fetishy? You're right that her character description has a real Artemis-the-hunter feel to it, but then they dressed her in a corset and thigh-length platform boots.
(And I don't mind the face mold that much...at least they didn't give her robo-lipstick!)
Part of the problem is sticking to the movie face aesthetic. There's a line in the movie "Murder By Death" that goes something like, "As a man, I'm passable. As a woman, I'm hideous!" I'd keep the boots, she's supposed to be a biker babe, after all. But the face is too busy, it's like wrinkles or even scars.
