I hate street dates

I just dropped $375 in one day on Transformers, and didn't even get all the transforming toys, much less the various tie-in stuff. Normally, that would be spread out over several months, and wouldn't seem so bad.

Edit: Reviewed Cyber Slammer Barricade because I figured it'd be a quick one. :)

I got Robo-Vision Prime, yeah. Here's the list. In cases where I didn't get the whole set, it was by choice, not because something was already gone from the shelf.

Oh, BTW...my monthly car payment for Tribarrel is only $354. Ow. The last time I spent this much at a Target was when I bought a portable DVD player, and that was before they got cheap. And it's definitely the most I've spent on toys in a single sitting, EVER.

Oy, you found a Leader Megatron? I hit up 7 stores today and all I saw were leader Primes, and I've already got him. I ended up ordering Leader MEgatron from HasbroToyShop with the free shipping option, so it was still cheaper than the 44.99 Target wants for the leader class. Can't wait for the review!

Oh, take your time, I've got a decent haul of figures myself to keep me occupied until then! Although if you figure out how to get Megatron's arms to stay together in "fusion cannon" mode, let me know. I'm hoping to have figured it out by the time you get the review up, but you never know. I've got each of the actual movie chars (deluxe Bumblebee, Brawl, Barricade, Bonecrusher, Jazz, Voyager Ratchet, Ironhide, Starscream, Blackout, and Leader prime), so once Megatron gets here, it's just a matter of waiting for the '08 Bumblebee to be released and I'm done with toys for a good while. (It doesn't hurt that my Botcon set is paid for and will be showing up in the interim :)

Yeah, I was the first person at Target yesterday morning. They had 3 Primes and 1 Megatron. I guess Leaders are 4/case?

That, or they're 2/case, but wave 1 is all Prime and wave 1.5 is one of each. Early on, I was getting indications that there were no Megatrons at all in wave 1, but street dating tends to compress waves.
