So, this morning I wake up, feeling distinctly like I've already turned off the alarm and then zoned back out (this happens on occasion, but usually only on days when I don't have to get up for anything in particular), but with no actual memory of doing so (this, too, is pretty normal). But it's still dark out, so I don't panic, I just start my morning routine. After finishing my in-bed leg lifts (2 sets of 25), I check my watch to see how many minutes I lost to zoning out.
It's 4:30. The alarm's not going to go off for another hour.
