Postscript: Got a flu shot today. "Enjoying" flu-like symptoms and injection site pain. Whee. At least I won't get the real thing on top of everything else. :)

Intersection of interests

Tonight on Countdown, the #1 story was about metamaterials, aka negative index materials. The sort of thing that I invoked for "blur suits" in the recent issue of ASH. :)
